[Lowfer] Condx Very Quiet Tonight on LF/VLF

It was pretty quiet in NE IL too last evening. Managed to see several 
cycles of the upper WM beacon. Not as good as Dex was seeing through his 
grabber, but not bad. Unfortunately, by midnight the good conditions had 
dropped to normal at best. Didn't even see traces of Andy on WSPR and 
EMP on its new lower frequency was just detectable. TIL was in ok for 
awhile on 137 kHz DFCW. Scott's grabber showed another strong signal 
around 137.776 kHz but never saw that here. Pre-sunrise Navtex was good 
to the east instead of the west. Greenland was decoded but nothing 
copied from Kodiak, though San Francisco did come through on the band's 
last gasps.
