[Lowfer] XR - WSPR beacon on now

Actually it's been on for about 3 hours now, and has finally settled
on the frequency of 186.153 KHz... But it will drift up, and down as
the heat cycles on and off, and the room temp. changes...
Same dial setting of 184.600 KHz, in USB mode, and hopefully the
WSPR signal will show up around .153 +/- a cycle or two from drift.

BTW; if you want to upload your spots to the database; go ahead and
do so. The site moderators have left the " XR4TN " callsign spots in
the spot database now, and spots showing up also puts my beacon in 
the activity list as transmitting.. That kinda helps take away the 
" wonder if he's on now or not "....
