[Lowfer] " XR " HSCW experiment tonite on 186.100 KHz

Running MultiPSK in CW mode at 52 wpm. That's as fast as it will go.
Continuous beacon... May be very disappointing, but never tried HSCW
before now, so why not give it a try.. If you have it; fire up 
MultiPSK, and set your radio on 186.100 KHz, and let the program do
the work for you.. It'll be interesting to see if anyone can get any 
text to print across their screen. May be too noisy tonite from the
approaching winter storm.. We're expecting 3 to 5 inches of new snow
in the TN valley by Tues. morning...
