[Lowfer] Watering hole over night in NE IL

The storms out over the Atlantic dissipated or moved away to the East,
only to be replaced by a big storm in Texas, so it was another noisy
night for LF monitoring. Left ARGO on autopilot at QRSS60, slow hoping
to catch XDW. Did see traces of signal much of the night around 185.3016
kHz and presume that was WMS. Also saw traces at 185.298 kHz but they
were not shifting in frequency so couldn't be XDW. Instead, around 0900Z
an R followed by a long X came through. Andy had indicated he'd be
sending WSPR but this was his special QRSS120 transmission for lowfer
XR. Nothing was noticed from either WM beacon and just before sunrise
EMP was barely noticeable at 185.609 kHz on CW.
