[Lowfer] DCF frequencies - HGA22

Dex,

The Blaw-Knox towers were mostly erector sets, held together with bolts 
and nuts. There were no welds that I can remember in the WTAG towers. 
It's amazing that all of those bolted connections have held up for 71 
years. The paint probably helps. Man, you should see the 
blueprints...every piece was numbered.
