[Lowfer] SAQ on SDR-RADIO in NC

Looks like SAQ was a solid copy at kl7uk.  The screen capture on the web
site shows a good 20db over the noise signal.    And the long history shows
the signal was there from about 23:30 through 00:10 or so.
