[Lowfer] " XR " WSPR beacon down again

There are days, and then there are days... I have no idea at this
moment what the heck is wrong with the PA, it just stopped working
for no apparent reason at all...It's not the chip, I think it's 
probably in the wiring or the used over, and over again PC board.
Whatever it is, I have a little too much going at the moment to try
to trace it down, and fix it... So, the WSPR beacon will be off
until I can get around to it...
