[Lowfer] SAQ on SDR-RADIO in NC

If you record the spectrum could you make that file available for others to
play with?  Even if you don't find anything, maybe we can all try our
favorite combinations of receiver software and signal processing to try to
get something.

Maybe we should have a contest for the best "copy" with everyone using the
same antenna.
