[Lowfer] Don't think the LU station is on the air

Either Oscar had something come up and isn't on, or the LU8YD
grabber setup isn't very sensitive.. There has been no trace 
of his signal here ( which isn't out of the ordinary of course ),
nor is it showing up in the Argentine grabber..

Fire it back up warren, I had a small blip in the sound card, 
and need a better capture to send to you..

BTW, I saw Jay in there earlier tonite. He was burnin a hole in 
the ozone with his signal...
