[Lowfer] 22.7 kHz TACAMO

There was brief TACAMO "channel one" activity on 22.7 kHz beginning
around 2200Z. The initial RTTY transmission was poor copy here, as was
the following wideband MSK. Perhaps this was due to a combination of
higher noise floor (the big storm of last night is still showing
substantial lightning activity from MS to VA) and greater distance. The
activity shows on the Alaskan grabber at http://kl7uk.com/VLFAlaska.html
but I didn't notice it on the European grabber at
http://df3lp.de/fh/spec.png. Usually the reverse is the case so probably
the transmissions originated from far west of Chicago.
