[Lowfer] Whatever happened to our old Lowfer band?

One thing to keep in mind on the lowfer band is the 12th harmonic
of a  standard TV horizontal oscillator fundamental on 15.734KHz
falls right on  188.811 KHz. This could cause havoc for anyone trying
to listen on 188.83  KHz. Like someone else mentioned the new
Plasma TVs can be big noise  generators if a neighbor is using one
in the evenings. Those harmonics can  have raspy sidebands.
Computer switching power supplies can be notorious noise generators  also.
