[Lowfer] VLF 26.0 KHz Back On

It was announced in the Yahoo VLF Group that the  VLF
station is back on 26.0KHz after an absence of quite  a
few days. I took a listen at 0900UTC and I can hear  it
very weakly in SE USA.
 
The best indications so far is the signal is coming  from
Israel. 0900 UTC would be near high noon in that  part
of the world.
 
All VLF signals from Europe are down quite a bit in signal  strength
right now but should improve as we move into
daylight. Best VLF signal strength from Europe to East Coast  USA 
is in early to middle evenings EST or  about 0000-0300UTC.
