[Lowfer] Daytime EAR in NE IL

Might as well try an attachment too, since Jay detailed so nicely a 
procedure for doing that. Didn't bother with the clipboard, just used 
Irfanview to crop the .jpg ARGO capture created and added a text box 
with the capture time for 27 kB. Lowfer EAR is 575 km distant and 
reliable QRSS30 copy 24/7. Thanks J. B.!
