You might want to take a look at how you're processing the images for posting. I've been noticing 
that your pix usually appear with a horizontal scroll bar but the image displayed is not wide enough 
to warrant it. Turns out your latest image is actually 1150 pixels wide x 950 pixels high - the vast 
majority of it being a white background - which is not needed and uses up a good portion of the 
allowable file size. The spectrum display itself in this case is only 468 x 42 pixels! In this case 
getting rid of the white background reduces the file size from about 28k to about 8k.

Not sure what program you're using  ... but basically you want to crop to the desired spectrum 
display (468 x 42 in this case) and save that as the image. Don't cut and paste the cropped spectrum 
display onto a white 'canvas' background - there's no need for a background. Dropping the background 
means you can use less .jpg compression and/or display larger images.
