[Lowfer] 55.5 kHz & 57.4 kHz

Whilst I have seen 57.4 kHz shown as Scotland on another list, that could be
a hangover from when Thurso was there. As I have said earlier, Thurso has
been demolished. There is a UK station at Crimond (which is in Scotland),
but I am not aware of it transmitting on 57.4 kHz.

I've assumed 57.4 kHz is a second frequency of NRK at Grindavik, 
Iceland, 37.5 kHz being primary (NRK/TFK).
