[Lowfer] Were there no US stations on 137 KHz last night ???

WD2XNS ran one 'XNS' QRSS60 sequence starting ~0200 to probe conditions into EU. Poor results 
indicated early shutdown was appropriate. A large number of eagerly waiting electrons were left 
stranded on the far side of the power meter ;~)
