As some probably noted, the carrier switched between mark/space before/after
NMG New Olreans transmission. CAMSLANT was aware of the FCC ticket but did
not realize that it was New Orleans. As CAMSLANT controls the New Orleans
transmitter, it is unclear (even to them) at present who is causing the
problem.
