Thanks to David and Todd, MultiPSK at 50 buad, 85 Hz shift decoded the 
"CHANNEL ONE" RTTY on 22.7 kHz this afternoon, 1820-1827Z. I was lucky 
to have relatively quiet noise conditions here.
