[Lowfer] NAVTEX 518 QRM

Guess I spoke too soon. The dead carrier is still on but this time
it is on the Space frequency. It seemed to be from the station  underneath
the first one. Perhaps they both started up at the top of the hour so  it
was confusing as to which one is the problem station.
 
Will be interesting to finally find out which station is the culprit!
