[Lowfer] NAVTEX 518 QRM

Hi All,
I believe the station that has just  started sending text at 2300UTC is the 
problem station.

The dead carrier  on 517.915 jumped to 518.085 for a few seconds and then 
started
sending text.  It may be on for the next 10-15 minutes or so.

Does anyone know if these  stations identify themselves at the beginning or 
end
of the transmission? I  haven't been able to figure out yet how to identify 
each
station.
