In case WWVB's off-air continues, I have appended a maintenance notice for
MSF!
The previous tx site for MSF was Rugby (now transmitted from Anthorn in
Cumbria, the same site as 19.6 KHz) The original 60 KHz Rugby service was
the UK/USA Telephone Hot Line during WW2. Using a larger aerial and more
power than the eventual Rugby MSF on the same frequency. The hot line became
GBT20 which was for the UK to USA transatlantic telephone service and I
believe remained as a back-up for the transatlantic cable.

Noticed WWVB off the air ... MSF England 60 kHz coming through nicely in
it's absence.
