Hi Garry,
Nice overview of overnight  activity.
This morning at 1330UTC I am still hearing the NAVTEX carrier  QRM
on the Mark frequency of 517.915 KHz daytime. Not giving an  S-meter
indication but clearly heard daytime in SC.

Hope someone will  get our emails to the address you gave. They need
a better system of  reporting troubles to the Navtex system. Very
unprofessional to let this  problem continue for several days with no end 
in sight
interfering with the  entire Navtex system across the country at night.
Someone is asleep at the  controls somewhere!
