[Lowfer] Navtex QRM 518 kHz

  Here on the other coast [DM04] I just took a listen and found a weak 
CW carrier on 517.977. While I was looking at it it suddently began 
sending FSK so that must be what you fellows are hearing. I assume there 
are soundcard programs for decoding NAVTEX? Any suggestions?
