Noted R390A receiver restorer Chuck Rippel WA4HHG was or perhaps still is an
officer in the US Coast Guard and has stated in the past (on ndblist) that
he's available for help if anyone has problems with things like 518 Navtex
schedules, etc. He hasn't posted recently on ndblist (2007), but his email
address at that time was chuck.rippel at cox.net .I suggest trying emailing him
and see if he's still at that address. I'm sure he would be very interested
in this Navtex qrm problem if he's still with the Coast Guard. (I didn't see
any email address listed when I looked him up on qrz.com/callsign just now.)
73,
Steve
