[Lowfer] Navtex QRM 518 kHz

Hi Garry,
I am hearing the same steady  carrier right on top of the 518 Navtex 
frequency.
It has been there for days  now. It is reading 20 over S-9 on the R75 down 
here in SC. I find it
hard to  believe this has been allowed to go on for several days at least  
probably
going on a week or more now without anything being done. Perhaps  other 
folks
don't know who to report it to either.

I read the  frequency as 517.915.5 KHz. I haven't checked to see if I can 
hear it in the  daytime.

I have no idea who to report this to but I imagine some Coast  Guard number 
would be a place to start?

It will be interesting to see  what happens!
