[Lowfer] Great VLF condx last night/this morning

Yes, I've noticed it! In the evening it's so strong here it completely 
swamps out all but the strongest Navtex sources. I've noticed it on 
nearly continually (it was off briefly last night around 2300Z) for 
several days but figured it was local. Now I know it's not. At the 
moment in daylight it's registering -100 dBm on the SpectraVue display, 
while NDB FN 169 km away in Iowa is only registering -105 dBm. FN isn't 
a problem because it falls between the mark and space.
