Thanks Todd;
I assumed it was NTS because I looked it up on the website that Jurgen sent
me last night. It shows 18.6 as NTS .Oh well ; I cant complain .This is only
my first season listening to VLF and my second on LF .This VLF stuff is lots
of fun.Ijust wish the lists were all up to date .I have a few that I use and
it makes it hard on the newbie like me when the info isnt current. Here is
the link I used :

Hi Rick, Great captures on VLF recently.
There was a new signal on last night apparently testing on 18.6 so I don't
think
that was NTS from Australia that you heard. Several people reported hearing
it
very strongly in Europe last night/early morning and I heard it myself here
for
about 10 minutes and then it signed off at the top of the hour. It sounded
very
similar to me to one of the Russian RDL stations. It was sending an RTTY
idle tone when I heard it.
I don't think I have ever heard NTS on 18.6 or if I did it must have been
years ago.
If it is on the air it is too weak for me to hear it.
