[Lowfer] 15.1 kHz VLF

I can now barely see 20.9 in audio spectrum program (I cannot here it).
They are usually not very strong here and tonight's conditions are not the
great.  I need to put the e-filed probe back higher where it used to be.

I have seen 18.3 in the past and recall it being on for years.  I never did
see 22.6.  

You have the advantage of the coast--I miss my winter in car with the VLF
whip on the roof on the Connecticut coast where I could hear literally
everything.
