Didn't look at the watering hole just before sunrise so missed the 
enhancement Jay reported. But much earlier, around 0645Z, decoded "UWL" 
on 185.302 kHz using QRSS30, slow. At that time it was a bit stronger 
than WMS but WMS quickly rose in strength and afterward only saw traces 
from UWL. SIW has been adding confusion to the display because it's been 
strong enough for synthesizer spurs to show.
