[Lowfer] TAG and EMP

It was noisy here most of the night but a bit of a lull occurred around 
0830Z. TAG was decoded on 185.8 kHz Wolf10

and EMP came in fairly well then on 185.528 kHz CW. Spent the rest of 
the night monitoring 518 kHz Navtex. Nothing unusual there but it was 
nice to decode Nuuk, Greenland at 0738Z and right now, 1220Z, San 
Francisco is coming in well.
