[Lowfer] New VLF Station 26.0KHz Back On

I just noticed the new VLF station on 26.0KHz is  back on
Sunday afternoon at 2200UTC with a very good daytime  signal.

26.0 has been off the air for a few days except for perhaps a  few
short transmissions. Normally I could barely copy them daytime
so  their transmitter must be running a tremendous increase 
in power if that is  the same station from the Middle East heard
earlier in the week.
