[Lowfer] SPECTRAN PROBLEM

Unfortunately that doesn't ALWAYS work.  After the program has been 
running in capture mode for a few hours I find that none of the regular 
minimize / restore tools work.  Compact view works, I can shrink it with 
the mouse and move it over in a corner, but it still comes in on top of 
any other window.
