[Lowfer] New VLF Station on 26.0KHz

Newest data from the Yahoo VLF Group indicates  the new signal on 26.0KHz
may be coming from the same transmitter site in  Bafa, Turkey as the 
present station on 26.7KHz.

The transmitter site  is known to have 2 VLF antennas and they are 
known to have tested a  transmitter there on 26.0KHz a few years ago.

The new transmitter is  definitely more powerful than the one on 
26.7KHz.

It looks like the  Yahoo VLF group is zeroing in on the location of
the new station on 26.0KHz.  We will probably know for sure in a 
few more days where the new station is  located. All indications
are that it is located in the Middle East, very  likely the Bafa, Turkey
location.
