[Lowfer] Lowfers still running

UWL is still on too at 185302.0 ... I have been hoping these cold
temps (4 degrees F here now) would help me get a signal over to you
guys, but not yet.

I will continue trying to improve it.  At least the loading coil is
still above the snow!  The final is buried, though, but still
working...
