[Lowfer] transatlantic 136khz in TN

Doug, excellent capture! It was a great night for TA. I got a full 
callsign from DK7FC too. Not as strong here as I've seen in the past but 
steady much longer so a full callsign could be discerned around 0530Z. 
During looks at the lowfer watering hole no signals were noticed here 
but the VLF Alpha signals continue to come through fine.
