[Lowfer] Lowfer "watering hole" last night

Doug, thanks for the nice copy of SIW over night. You did much better 
than I did at the watering hole. Saw SJ fine on 186.849 kHz, QRSS20 and 
BR good but drifting on 185.594 kHz, CW/QRSS at 0700Z. but when I moved 
to the watering hole only weak traces from WMS were seen, along with 
local SIW. Propagation must have tailed off because earlier in the 
evening copied DK7FC on 136 kHz best so far and even noticed a hint of 
M0BMU.
