[Lowfer] Argo Audio Probs/Fixed

I took some time this morning while everyone was still asleep and went 
through this thing.  Uninstalled, cleaned registry, reinstalled and it 
still didn't work.  Went back and disabled all my Virtual Audio Cable in 
and outputs.  Went back and enabled just one VAC input, chose it in SDR 
console and it worked with Argo.  Argo still will not let me chose any 
inputs as the menu is still blank but it works.
