[Lowfer] WMs and WMS

Thanks for the SIW capture Dex. Last night after the graphical greetings 
on 137 kHz I monitored the watering hole and also saw WM and WMS weakly 
around 0600Z. WM faded but WMS grew in strength and displayed nicely on 
ARGO at 0700Z.

Before local sunrise the BC NDBs were in nicely, along with some 3000+ 
km NU stations like CB on 245 kHz and YYH on 290 kHz. Now that the sun 
is up locally NWC on 19.8 kHz is very strong and all 3 VLF Alpha signals 
are coming in well too. 518 kHz Navtex wasn't impressive. Just decoded 
the 3 US west coast stations - nothing from the 2 BC Canadians and 
Kodiak was barely noticeable on the waterfall.
