[Lowfer] SAQ et al

Too bad SAQ had problems last night as conditions to Europe were pretty 
good. Copied bits of DK7FC on 136.172 kHz prior to the 0800Z SAQ 
schedule. Not nearly as good as Andy's full callsign awhile back but 
best so far for here.

Looked for lowfers at the 185.3 kHz calling frequency but only local SIW 
was evident. Yet SJ was in there on 186.85 kHz, QRSS20, as was BR on 
185.585 kHz CW, and EAR as usual on 188.8306 kHz even in daylight.
