[Lowfer] MP XES last night in Mechanicsburg, PA.

    This has been a terrible year so far for copying beacons. The static
levels have been very high just about 24/'7. Last night however, MP and XES
were coming through fine. I have never heard MP so loud ... it was very
easily copied audibly. The loudest that I've ever heard it! Sorry about the
levels in ARGO ... it's been awhile since I've been able to use it!
