[Lowfer] SAQ No Go in SE Kansas

The racket I observed earlier in the evening was gone from 17.2 kHz when I 
got back to the field.  I was concerned to find HBG and DCF77, which had 
been so good before sunset, nearly gone.  Then, about 0745 UTC, the 
caterwauling returned.

I tried to console myself with other monitoring, but it was just too cold. 
I did at least hear JJY (40 kHz) better than ever before.  About 0830, it 
was a good 12 dB stronger than DCF77.

Amazing quantities of frost!
