[Lowfer] 137 kHz activity

Nice signals seen from XNS, MP, and XES tonight. Despite some comments 
about good T/A neither XNS nor XES has shown much on the F1AFJ grabber 
so far.

Lowfer SIW is on 185.2993 kHz tonight and beginning to show up on Andy's 
grabber (http://lwca.org/grabbers/ku4xr/).

WF9XIH has been transmitting AM on 472.5 kHz at 0200Z for the last few 
days. Strong carrier here, but not strong enough to hear more than 
traces of audio to date.

The far north NDBs like YPH and RB are quite strong tonight. Hope that 
bodes well for the SAQ test.
