The frequency is a bit too high, BUT, looking from 04:00 to 04:15 UTC There appears to be a " wM " sequence.
My radio had only been on for about 30 minutes.. It starts showing " LOW " in frequency, and drifts " Upward " as 
it warms... At a distance of approximately 850 miles +/- and with a " snow de-tuned " antenna in Ellsworth; IF; I did
receive him... an accomplishment for Bill, as he estimated the power to be about .75 watts with snow on the way..
