[Lowfer] WM back!

Saw WM through much of the night. There were long periods where the 
signals faded into the noise floor, but long periods where it was 
visible even at QRSS3 bandwidth. Best copy was around 0900Z using a 
small loop antenna. No sunrise bounce seen - signal abruptly faded 
around 1200Z. Had switched to an e-probe by then in hopes of copying WMS 
too but nothing was seen. By then BR had faded into the noise as well 
(it came in fine at 0500Z).

Looked at the BPC time signal on 68.5 kHz through the night since it was 
reported very strong in Europe earlier. Here nothing unusual in terms of 
strength and too weak to decode.
