[Lowfer] SJ and BR

Last night wasn't the greatest here for LF reception although the VLF 
Alpha signals were coming through well. Monitored SJ and found it in 
there weakly 0500Z around 186.849 kHz with QRSS20 bandwidth. That was 
encouraging for reception of PBO but, despite using the wide version of 
ARGO to make sure I looked where W1VD's recent capture indicated, 
nothing was noted. Lowfer BR was in there as usual all night, just not 
as strong as usual, and up a bit in frequency to 185.605 kHz. Didn't see 
anything around the 185.3 kHz watering hole but my local beacon was 
running there and desensitizing things. WMS did come through the night 
before.
