Andy, I was farther from the lightning so noise hits weren't as bad
here. Think XES was in there too earlier but didn't save the capture.
Conditions to the west were pretty good around 0800Z. A quick look at
DGPS stations gave decodes for Lompoc,CA on 321 kHz; Spokane, WA on 316
kHz; Billings, MT on 313 kHz; Austin, NV on 312 kHz; Pueblo, CO on 307
kHz; Myton, UT on 303 kHz; Point Loma, CA on 302 kHz; Appleton, WA on
300 kHz; Cape Ray, NY on 288 kHz; and Polson, MT on 287 kHz. Decoded the
3 US west coast stations on 518 kHz Navtex and noted the 3 VLF Alpha
signals were good too.
See this morning that Laurence copied DK7FC in Alaska so Stefan
continues to put out a great signal from Europe. When the QRN goes away
perhaps you'll get that full callsign you've been working hard at.
