[Lowfer] Happy 110th Anniversary

I don't know if the RSGB lowfer group has commemorated it or not, but 
at http://lwca.org we did at least mention that this is the anniversary 
of the first maybe-transatlantic radio transmission.

Were I to go out to the field tonight in the drizzle, I could probably 
hear all kinds of spark emissions...but I think I'll stay in, because 
most of those would be courtesy of the rural power lines.
