[Lowfer] SJ in IL

[Garry Hess]

Lowfer SJ was in good enough to copy the letters much of the night. 
Moved on to look for PBO after 0930Z but didn't copy anything. Didn't 
look around the 185.3 kHz watering hole because local SIW was there but 
BR was good copy as usual before local sunrise (185.460 kHz, 1200Z).
