[Lowfer] "State of the Art" Medfer Antenna

I'd also like to get suggestions on what might constitute a "state of 
the art" TX antenna for a Medfer beacon? As I was leaving the hobby a 
few years ago, some had started experimenting with vertical loop 
antennas for TX beacons on LF...but I haven't stayed current.

With the 10 foot limit on a Medfer antenna, what would give me the best 
efficiency? Can anyone point me towards some links on the web about what 
most Lowfer/Medfers are using now?
