Was surprised to decode the following message last evening at 00.00.55Z:

PAS DE MESSAGE EN MAIN_

Such transmissions have been noted by others and discussed (e.g., 
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/navtexdx/message/193). No doubt the source 
is VOK, Labrador, $04X. The fact that the message is time-stamped almost 
a minute after the scheduled 10 minute window is not significant. Miami 
and other stations regularly transmit many minutes past the ends of 
their windows, making it hard to decode the weak stations that follow.
